Example working with Allpix

Is there an example somewhere to have a look how to interface Corry with Allpix2 simulation output? Thanks a lot!

Hi Alex,
on the Allpix Squared side you may look at this example here:

You find a description of the used module in the Allpix Squared manual (section 7.3) or here:

That will produce a ROOT file, which can subsequently be read back into Corryvreckan using the FileReader module. An example can be found here:

Thanks that helped, I wasn’t aware that it is the FileReader that can pick up the allpix output! I’m sure more questions will follow, hope it is OK to post them here :slight_smile:
